      It taste a little like roasted barley, slight sweetness, kinda flora, not typical of TCM bitter stereotypes and it doesn't have weird after taste! The box comes with 15 sachets, recommend to get at least 2 box, for a 1 month course, 30 days to try it out. Will be buying more as not enough, hahaha. I feel less bloated after a night and don't feel so "sian" and sluggish
